Sarah “Howie” Howard is a graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs) with a bachelors in Mass Media Arts and a minor in Film Studies.

In 2016, she won 1st place in the NAB Competition for her original Pilot “Nova, Georgia” and continued screenwriting. Since, she has produced multiple comedy shorts which have been screened at film festivals across the United States.

In 2023, she won 1st place for her romantic comedy script “40 Dates and 40 Nights” with the Houston Comedy Film Festival.

She’s a Texas native, avid reader and part time circus artist with a propensity to weave comedy and horror in unexpected ways as she believes one cannot exist without the other.
