Lucky Number 8 Productions is a Texas-based entertainment company founded in 2022 by CEO and Owner, Vance Howard. Built on a passion for storytelling, the company develops and funds documentaries and narrative features grounded in Texas history and life. Centering around prominent figures and moments that resonate beyond the screen, each project is chosen with intention to uplift and engage, guided by the belief that meaningful storytelling both inspires and connects our audiences.

The company’s portfolio includes the feature film Crossroads, the upcoming romantic comedy 40 Dates in 40 Nights, and the award-winning documentary Luv Ya Bum!, which premiered at SXSW and received top honors for its heartfelt portrayal of Texas football legend Bum Phillips. Lucky Number 8 Productions is also in post-production on its latest feature film, Eleven Days.
